Richard Williams Head of Strategy & Partnerships

Working previously for the BFI and several UK film festivals, Richard completed an MA on how current audiences interact with film.

Having worked with C4, creative agency Karmarama, and production agency Kream, Phoebe has worked on TV, film and brand campaigns.


Gemma Cole Senior Producer

By day, Gemma has worked across marketing and events for cinema exhibition, film distribution and brand campaigns. By night, she is a painter and illustrator.


Ellie Davidson Head of Production

With a background in marketing and events, Ellie heads up Production at eff. She's produced everything from War Child live shows, to experiential for film, music and gaming brands.


Adam Reynolds Film Specialist

With seven years in the cinema industry, Adam is a brand partnerships expert who creates bespoke campaigns for clients on the big screen. Previous clients include Audi, BMW, Max Factor and Diageo.
