Friendship
Releasing in the UK by Paramount on 18 July 2025.
Men shouldn’t have friends. At least, that’s what the tagline says on the poster for Friendship, the hilarious new debut from director and writer Andrew DeYoung.
“The FUNNIEST THING I’VE SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE”
GQ
In this uncomfortably funny black comedy, Tim Robinson, an actor, comedian and ex-SNL member known for his hilarious and absurdist sketch show I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, stars as Craig, a Suburban dad who falls hard for his charismatic new neighbour, played by Paul Rudd.
However, Craig’s attempts to make an adult male friend threaten to ruin both of their lives, as the film spirals into something darker, yet deeply funny. After a rave reviews out of TIFF earlier this year, Friendship is finally hitting UK screens this summer and we couldn’t recommend it enough. Maybe not one to take your bestie to though.
Don’t Miss!
